At HearingLife, we offer a wide range of hearing aids in many styles – all of which include the latest technology. This includes customized in-the-ear (ITE) hearing aids, where nothing is worn behind the ear. These types of hearing aids are often preferred by first-time hearing aid users, due to their discreet appearance. We also offer a range of behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids. The BTE hearing aid is one of the original hearing aid styles; recently, they have become smaller, more adaptable, and much more powerful.
You can book an appointment on behalf of a loved one via the form on our site. Just make sure you have their permission to submit their details before you do so.
We offer the opportunity to purchase additional coverage for loss, theft, and accidental damage for hearing aids that are out of warranty (applies to select hearing aids purchased through HearingLife). The short answer is that it depends on your insurance. Generally, hearing aids are not covered by most medical insurance, but sometimes insurance companies offer an optional hearing plan that includes coverage for hearing aids and fittings. Yes, we offer a life of the hearing aid service guarantee. We do not charge for any appointments, adjustments, or ongoing support that an individual may need. We recommend that you come back every 6 months to get your hearing checked. This is so we can test your hearing to see if your hearing has improved; if there have been any changes to your hearing, we can adjust your hearing aids to make sure your hearing experience is effective and comfortable.
