If you need assistance after-hours, when our offices are closed, existing HearingLife customers can call OnDemand support at 888-277-3802, EVENINGS: 5PM – 10PM EDT, WEEKENDS: 9AM – 3PM EDT OnDemand support can provide assistance via phone or virtual consultation, for all types of hearing-related or hearing device issues. During regular business hours, please call your local HearingLife office. 

If you are an existing customer and want to book an appointment to see your hearing care provider, you can either call the office you originally visited, or you can call our free scheduling phone line at 1-844-836-5003. If you are new to HearingLife and would like to book a complimentary hearing assessment, you can either book appointment here or call 1-844-836-5003. You can book an appointment for yourself or on behalf of someone else.

Insurance is important, so we check individual coverage for everyone who comes to HearingLife for their hearing healthcare needs. Although we accept most insurance, what is covered depends on an individual's plan.
