“I’ve come to believe that finding the best solution to someone’s hearing loss begins with letting them know you’re there to help,” Schon says. “One of my favorite quotes is people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.” Those words say a lot about Schon’s easy-going personality and his ability to create a comfortable environment where patients are reassured without feeling pressured.
Schon’s extensive knowledge of the ear makes him a recognized expert in the detection of hearing loss, not only among the staff but within the profession as well. He is a Hearing Care Specialist with nearly 20 years of comprehensive knowledge of the latest advances in digital hearing technology. Through the years, he has dispensed and adjusted thousands of hearing instruments.
Born and raised in Butler, his roots are still here. He lives in Butler with his wife, Amy, and two sons. Schon is also a Registered Nurse, following the honored traditions of ethics and honesty the profession is known for.
He is board certified to practice in Pennsylvania and has received advanced training both locally and nationally.
