Kayla Scott grew up in Salem, Oregon. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Brigham Young University, and continued on to receive her master’s and doctorate degrees in Audiology from Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. Kayla's experience at Gallaudet and interaction within the Deaf community has provided her a holistic perspective on hearing healthcare, and she maintains a patient-centered focus with diagnostics and treatment of hearing differences and disorders.

Paul Magnusson has been a practicing Hearing Instrument Specialist since 1989. He was board-certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences since 2002. His knowledge and experience, along with continued education, have helped thousands of individuals overcome the difficulties and frustrations that accompany hearing loss. He takes a caring, practical approach, accounting for everyone’s lifestyle, when addressing communication issues. His extensive experience provides great expertise in the subtleties of amplification. He takes pride in his “whatever it takes” attitude to overcoming hearing loss and returning each person to the world of better hearing, not only for communication, but also to enjoy all the nuances that make life worth living.
