She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Ohio University, and is licensed by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board. She has worked in the hearing healthcare field since 2019. When she is not helping people with their hearing health needs, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, and can often be found hiking or golfing.

Jessica is wonderful she is very knowledgeable of what needs to be done. You never feel like she is rushing you out the door. Jessica takes her time with you and make sure all your needs are taken care of.

As you age, sometimes your hands don't want to co operate with the tiny things you do. Wa-la..I could not get things changed on my hearing aids.
Was going through Lancaster so I took a chance Hearinglife was open. Thank goodness she took me in with kindness and understanding. She replaced and cleaned both.

I would advise to call first and not just "drop in." Right now there is only one individual running the show. I just got lucky when I stopped.
