Dr. Jacey Courser grew up outside of Caldwell, Ohio, on her family’s beef farm. Dr. Courser developed a passion for community involvement and helping others from an early age, eventually leading her to the field of audiology. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2008 and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Kent State University, part of the Northeast Ohio Au.D. Consortium (NOAC) in 2012. She has been practicing audiology for close to 10 years. Dr. Courser and her husband moved to New Hampshire in 2012, where she started her audiology career working both in New Hampshire and Vermont at critical access/rural hospitals. In 2019, her family decided to relocate to southeast Ohio. Dr. Courser joined HearingLife November 2020. She is licensed in audiology and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).In her spare time, Dr. Courser enjoys kayaking and hiking with her family and completing projects on their small homestead.

My local Hearing Life Center and staff are very accommodating and understand my hearing needs and difficulties. I would give 5 stars but the Hearing Life Corp office’s call center is way too much to deal with. They call as much as 3 days a week and disregard all requests to stop contacting me. I use my local Hearing Life Center exclusively and don’t plan to go anywhere else. I would like to see their corporate office to realize their call center is boarder line harassment.

Darlene and Dr. Jacey are very friendly and willing the extra mile to provide service when needed and make sure you are pleased with the outcome. My husband is pleased with his current set of hearing aids.

Very nice experience! People were all very friendly and helpful. Answered all of my questions. My exam was very thorough and the results were explained to me in detail. I will definitely go back if any problems arise.

I stopped in to pick up batteries for my wife and while there, had my aids cleaned.
It is a joy to visit with the staff as they are very friendly.
O yes, I can hear better. LOL!
