Our Bloomingdale office has been open for over 10 years and strives on our personal relationships with our patients as well as excellent patient care; it is located at 111 E. Lake Street. We are conveniently located at the northeast corner of Bloomingdale Rd. (Roselle Rd.) and Lake Street directly behind the McDonald's in the same parking lot as CVS Pharmacy.
