Samantha was born and raised in Watertown, Wis. and has been living in Waukesha, Wis. since 2005. She has her Bachelor of Science in human services and minor in psychology. She received her license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in the state of Wisconsin in 2021.

Throughout the years, Samantha has worked with a variety of different populations, with the same goal of providing care. She found her passion in the hearing care field due to her daughter struggling with her hearing. She understands how extremely difficult it can be for her daughter in school and at home. Samantha strives to provide the best quality of hearing care while working with everyone’s situation.

My experiences with Hearing Life (and Avada before that) have been exceptional. The people I have had the pleasure of dealing with have always been very professional and pleasant. The Oticon hearing aids I have performed wonderfully for almost seven years. While others have gotten hearing aids elsewhere, I have had minimal problems, excellent service, and a great all-around experience.

Excellent visit with Joel. No wait time. He is very personable, knowledgeable and gave a clear explanation of my options. Thoroughly cleaned my hearing aids and replaced batteries, ear buds and wax protectors. Entered hearing test from another office to compare with previous tests. Will definitely return.

Very caring staff. Explained test results thoroughly. Showed product with demonstration of usage. Called insurance company to confirm coverage/non coverage. Nice ro be offered a discount for product. Great experience.
