1-month return policy
To make sure your hearing aids are the right fit for you and your lifestyle, HearingLife gives you the opportunity to try your hearing aids for a full month. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your hearing aids within 30 days for a full refund.
30-day risk-free exchange
With our 30-day, risk-free trial** you have a full month to decide whether you want to exchange them for a different hearing aid model or style. If you are not fully satisfied, you may exchange or return your hearing aids for a full refund within the 30-day period.

To ensure your hearing aids are always kept clean and in good shape, our hearing care experts are available to clean them for you. You can also learn how to clean them yourself at home.
Complimentary hearing aid fittings and future adjustments
As you get used to your hearing aids and the way in which you wish to hear through them, your hearing care expert can program and/or adjust them to suit your hearing needs.

Whenever you are in need of new domes, you can order complimentary hearing aid domes from your local hearing center. You might prefer to keep an extra pack on hand so that you have an extra supply whenever you need them.
Loss and replacement coverage
With HearingLife's loss and cover insurance, you are fully covered if you lose your hearing aid and require a replacement++.
