It was my first time there and very glad it was! Shannon was precise, knowledgeable, and very patient. She was able to analyze the problem with my right hearing aid, order the right part and plans to install it next week. All without having to send the units out for a couple of weeks (my wife would NOT have liked that option!). She also found that I needed to update my units and checked my charger to make sure that was operating well. This took less than a half an hour, amazing! This is the place I will be going to from now on. Thanks again Shannon!
