Samantha “Sam” Spannbauer was born and raised in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. Sam is fascinated by how hearing works within our brains and strives to educate her customers on healthy hearing. Sam has been with the HearingLife Team since 2022. She is grateful for the opportunity to be able to help those experiencing hearing issues communicate better with their loved ones.

Super friendly staff!! Samantha is great. She is knowledgeable, efficient in handling issues or questions regarding hearing aids, and very friendly and upbeat. I love my Oticon hearing aids and will keep going to her for my hearing issues.

My hearing specialist, Sam, is very pleasant to work with. She always has answers to my concerns and quickly cleans up my hearing aids, as I seem to have an excessive wax problem in my right ear. She's a keeper.

I haven’t had my hearing tested in quite a while. “Sam” was exceptionally professional and explained everything about everything worked as far as the testing started. She explained what to expect. Walked me through the testing process and when finished she gave me a full explanation on my hearing in a way I could understand. The only concern is, for me, coming from working for the Department of Human Services, I housed mental ill convicts! I asked her if she felt safe here as the office is tucked away by my old chiropractor. She said she has an office person most days. My concern is that this office is hidden out of sight of the rest of the mall. I don’t know if you have cameras, but I think you need cameras outside and several inside. Many small rooms and I would feel nervous working in this location by myself. Overall Samantha really knows her work and how to explain it to the normal people that have no clue about loss of hearing. George Payne
