Rich is a state licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist and has been with HearingLife (formerly Avada Hearing Care) for more than 15 years. Rich loves to help people and truly believes he changes the quality of people’s lives at HearingLife.Rich was born in Waldo and now resides just outside of Plymouth with his wife, Rachel, and two children. He is also very into sports and loves the Packers, Brewers and Badgers. He also is very involved with softball and coaching his daughter’s softball team.

Mary and Rich in Chilton at Hearing Life are the greatest. I have never been turned away for an appointment either planned or unplanned. They are always kind, courteous, friendly, respectful. Love going to them and would NEVER consider going elsewhere!!

Very easy to work with . Received my new hearing aid and I love it. This is my second one. (From a different provider)The first one I got I didn't get any care instructions. He made sure that I knew what I was doing and had me do it myself so that I could do it on my own. Thanks for the great care!

I am a new patient at Hearing Life. I’m really glad I found this place. Mr. Flunker was very kind and funny, straight forward and honest. His receptionist/assistant Mary was also very kind and on top of things. I went in on a Tuesday, had my hearing test, discussed options for new hearing aids, and got a call the following Monday that my hearing aids were in. I have my appointment for my fitting exactly one week after my hearing test. VERY impressed with how fast things went and am looking forward to getting my new hearing aids tomorrow! Will definitely continue to come to Hearing Life. Out of all the places I’ve gotten hearing aids, this place has far surpassed them in every aspect and I couldn’t be more appreciative.
