She was great. I had driven to the Outer Banks because the Elizabeth City office did not have anyone to see me and then the Outer Banks’s didn’t have anyone so I had to drive from Outer Banks’s to Ahoskie to get someone who actually knew how to fix my hearing aid. Wish the offices could have an audiologist to cover the offices when someone is out on maternity leave.
Girl in Ahoskie was great and only took her about 10 minutes to fix it. I had 4 hours of driving time involved for something that took 10 minutes to fix.

I’d been suffering with tinnitus (ringing in my ears) for a while. I wasn’t sure hearing aids would help. The doctor tested my ears. Any hearing loss did not require hearing aids. The doctor focused on the tinnitus. I tried a pair of hearing aids for that reason only. The difference was immediate! I couldn’t hear the ringing. I don’t understand why the hearing aids work but I can attest that they work for me!!! I finally have relief from the ringing.
I am so thankful to Dr.R. She has improved my quality of life!!!!
