William “Michael” McHenry was born in Columbus, IN. In 1987, his family moved to Rocky Mount, NC. Michael, as he likes his friends to call him, attended college in Rocky Mount as well. He began his career in the hearing health field in 2008. As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, he has worked in several locations and helped numerous customers. Michael’s “bedside manner” and his knowledge of the hearing healthcare field are what he strives to keep outstanding for his customers. Michael, his wife and their three children live in Wilson, NC.

They were so pleasant that I felt right at home while having my hearing test, getting my aids cleaned and adjusted, and gathering info also. HearingLife has always been there for me and I appreciate the care they offer and give.

My father had been on the fence for awhile about getting his hearing checked and investing in a pair of hearing aids. After seeing all of the great reviews for the Greenville branch, we managed to book an appointment and I attended the initial visit with him.

To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect, but everything about the experience was honestly great and even my father was thrilled about the visit. The reception was very welcoming and the audiologist was extremely thorough and professional. My father even got to try out hearing aids with a demo pair the audiologist prepared and the change in him was so immediate. It was quite an emotional moment to be able to talk to my father normally again. A big thank you to the staff!

I do not have any pictures, but I have had a good experience with my hearing aids from Hearing Life. It took me awhile to get use to them and I had difficulty in the beginning putting them in correctly. Over time I feel that they work well for me.

Love the audiologist. Very friendly and informative. The receptionist comes off a little harsh. The office reception area and front office doesn't allow her to see patients as they come in. There is a door alarm but the receptionist doesn't stand up or anything to let you know she is there. You cautiously walk up to the window due to the alarm.
