Chad and his staff are very professional and always make you feel welcome and comfortable. I live in Tennessee now and still go to them in Michigan when there when I visit to get my hearing aids serviced . They will also send me supplies when needed, very helpful and courtesy and respectful. This is why I still use Hearing Life Of Battle Creek Michigan. No better staff then Mr Chad , Ms Natalie and the other staff.
