Dr. Williams earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders magna cum laude at the University of Arkansas in 2015 and her doctorate in Audiology from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences summa cum laude in 2019. Additionally, she holds certification for Tinnitus Management.

Dr. Williams has gained experience across a variety of clinical settings. Her professional interests include diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid selection and fitting, tinnitus treatment, and ongoing education to ensure long-term hearing success.

Known for her compassionate approach and prioritization of best practice, Dr. Williams takes time to listen to individuals’ concerns and works collaboratively to develop effective, personalized care plans. She is committed to staying current with advancements in audiology and hearing technology to deliver the highest standard of care.

The young lady by the name of Taylor was very professional and helpful. Attitude projected they want us to help. My main concern and problem, is I was giving a price list pertaining to the continuance of needing supplies and services. As of this date, I’ve had three sets of hearing aids with Hearing Life. I have not ever had to pay for any supplies or follow ups. This is my concern.
