The staff are friendly, helpful, and never rush you out the door (although if you're in a hurry yourself they accommodate you) and they communicate the information you need clearly.
My experience here over the last few years has been positive.

I got my hearing aids from here a little over a year ago. Recently my left one quit working. I went in to the office and they were able to get it fixed in about five minutes. This is my first set from them and they are much better than my previous hearing aids. I strongly recommend Hearing Life of White Hall.

Called for an appointment and got in the next day. Just needed to adjust my high pitch sounds and Ms. Rachel asked me questions and took care of it right away. Thank you Rachel, now I’m wearing my hearing aids all the time!!

I found the facility very clean very orderly. Also the receptionist, Miss Stephanie is very competent at what she does and from getting the appointment through everything we were treated with dignity and respect. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable the doctor took the time to explain everything, and when I had to step out while she was talking to my husband to take a couple of phone calls she went on with what she was telling him. When I came back, she went over all that information with me again so that I could know how to help him to take care of his hearing aids. I just want to say that overall it was a wonderful experience and we really think the staff.
