Before you start cleaning, here's some advice
As a general rule, start by washing and drying your hands. Then clean your hearing aids and earpieces daily with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water, cleaning fluids, solvents or alcohol, as these could damage your hearing aids.
The microphone openings sometimes get clogged. If you are having problems with your hearing aids, check to see if the microphone openings are blocked.
Before handling a hearing aid, remember to hold it over a soft surface to avoid damage if you drop it.
