I had a great experience at HearingLife of Apex, NC. I went in with concerns about tinnitus and felt completely supported from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options. The staff was super professional, friendly, and the office was really clean and comfortable. I left feeling much more informed and reassured. Highly recommend!

called to ask some questions about a possible appointment and a hearing test. The lady on the phone was so friendly. I think her name might’ve been Tammy. when I finally do make a decision to have my hearing tested. I’m going to give my business to this location due to the friendly customer service I received when I called in. It makes a difference.

this place was fantastic. The receptionist offered me an ice cold water. The place was really clean and the ear doctor was super gentle. definitely highly recommend this location easy to get to with lots of convenient parking as well
