Deonna Parks has lived in Syracuse, NY all her life. She studied at Syracuse University and completed her clinical training at HearingLife with one of their top Audiologists. Through the completion of the apprentice program here at HearingLife, she became a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. She has been with the company since 2018 and has worked in both the Manlius and Oswego locations. She brings her passion for helping people, kindness, and sincerity to HearingLife. She has first-hand experience of how difficult it can be to have a family member with hearing loss. Deonna uses her knowledge in this industry to find a solution to help every person. When she is not working, Deonna is spending time with her two children, husband, or friends and family.. She also enjoys sewing, watching movies and traveling.

Dr. Kimberly Dahar received her Doctor of Audiology degree from SUNY Buffalo, and is a native of western New York State. Prior to joining HearingLife, she practiced audiology in Buffalo, New York, providing a full range of services, from diagnostic audiometric and vestibular testing to hearing instrument fitting, aural rehabilitation and cerumen management. While in Buffalo, she also collaborated with local otolaryngologists and neurologists to provide comprehensive care to patients with hearing and balance concerns. Dr . Dahar is committed to personalized care, and values building individual relationships to improve communication and overall quality of life. She believes in the benefits of a comprehensive audiometric evaluation and appropriate instrument selection based upon an individual’s needs. Dr. Dahar holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and exhibits the utmost level of dedication to and compassion for her patients.
