Michelle Lee started her career in the hearing healthcare industry after discovering one of her children had significant hearing loss in 1981. As a young mother with five children, she struggled with affording her son’s hearing device. Michelle made it her mission to learn all she could about hearing, as well as what could be done regarding her son’s hearing loss. Her two-year-old son went on to have tumors removed, a stapedectomy, and PE (pressure equalizing) tubes inserted in both ears.

This experience inspired her to begin working in the field of hearing instrument manufacturing. Michelle went on to employment in various hearing care practices, before opening three of her own offices in 1999. After 20 years of working in hearing instrument sales for a major manufacturer, Michelle joined HearingLife as a hearing care provider. She is thrilled to be able to work with and help people hear better on a daily basis.

My experience at your facility for hearing in new Hope was fantastic . S o much better than where I was going previously. Michelle went above and beyond to try and correct the problem I was having with my hearing aids and was able to improve my left one 100% from what it was, and the right one still not sure yet letting it dry out. But oh man I highly recommend this place!!!! It was unbelievable!!!!!! I found out all kinds of things about my hearing aids and program that I am involved in with them that nobody told me since I’ve had them for about five years. Yes Michelle is great awesome person to deal with treated with respect, kindness and honesty , highly recommend her Robert F
