With some reluctance, my wife and I both recently went for a hearing test. Our family doctor recommended Hearing Life. It was an excellent experience.

The audiologist for our appointments were with Dr. Jennifer Thomas. She was excellent. She was knowledgeable, direct in her responses to questions and very patient and thorough in answering questions.

The hearing test was informative. It was also much more extensive and used technology that has changed considerably.That should not have been a surprise with the extensive application of computer technology. Nevertheless, it was an experience. Dr. Thomas explained the process before hand and went over the testing results during the same appointment.

I did not realize how much went into fitting and using hearing aids. Again, she took time to explain options, how various aspects of hearing aids worked and how the phone app was used to control the hearing aids.

The experience at Hearing Life was a good one. Anyone considering getting a hearing test and evaluation is likely to find this is a very valuable resource in our area.
