Alexis Hohmeier, Au.D., CCC-A, earned her Doctorate of Audiology, Bachelor’s degree in Family Science and Human Development, minor in Communication Disorders and Certificate of Child Advocacy from Montclair State University. As part of her clinical preparation, Dr. Hohmeier has completed clinical fellowships in a variety of fast-paced environments, including St. Peters University Hospital, Advocare ENT and several private practices.

Dr. Hohmeier has a well-rounded approach to hearing healthcare and has gained extensive knowledge of the diagnostic processes used to assess and treat hearing deficits. Dr. Hohmeier is passionate about building strong relationships with people of all ages which allows her to better serve their hearing needs and improve their quality of life.

Dr. Hohmeier is a member of the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association of which she holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology. She is currently licensed in both Delaware and New Jersey.

I was impressed with their promptness- appt was at 11:00 and they were ready for me at 11:00 no waiting. They also kept me aware of what was taking place during the testing. Recommend using them

The staff from audiologist to administrative are all very welcoming and accommodating. I was having significant issues with my hearing aids as to where I needed to have molds made to assist the hearing aids in remaining in my ears throughout the day. This was a true life saver; since I was always worried about them falling out and losing them.

Thank you to everyone at Hearing Life for making life so much easier and to improve my hearing.

I had a hearing aid that had battery issues. I stopped by a few weeks ago, the issue was resolved very quickly actually sooner than promised. Kaylee was very helpful and incredibly pleasant in assisting me with the problem. My experience with Hearing Life of Middletown has been awesome from day one and the staff is amazing.
