Neveah and Paul are a great team. This office is warm and inviting. Paul goes the extra steps when fitting a patient to the right hearing aids.

I've always had very good experiences with HearingLife of Lakewood. The people are friendly and take the time to listen to your individual concerns. The current Specialist Paul is very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in answering any questions you may have.

I’m so grateful for Hearing Life. It’s been a struggle finding hearing care that doesn’t make me feel like I’m being taken advantage of, but this team completely changed that. I found Hearing Life after constant scheduling issues and hidden fees with my previous provider, and Paul came to the rescue.

One of my hearing aids stopped working while still under warranty. Paul checked them for free, confirmed they needed repair, and took care of everything. With my old provider, that simple visit would’ve cost me $60!

Signia ended up replacing my hearing aids entirely, and even without my previous test records, Paul was eager to get me fitted and hearing clearly again. He conducted a thorough hearing test and had me up and running in no time.

Trust, truthfulness, integrity, and dependability.

These are words that best describe Paul and Rachel. Paul fitted me with my first set of hearing aids 7 years ago. He move to the HearingLife office and I was disappointed because I depended on him for his expertise in the hearing field. Knowing that my aids were ending their life expectancy I decided to go see Paul again at his new office. As before, Paul tested my hearing and helped me again through this process.

At this point let me just say that this process is one in which you need to decide if you want to increase your hearing capacity or not. It doesn’t matter how much you’ve lost or how you lost it. In my case years of machine noise. All types. My number 1 concern was I wanted to hear my wife better.

Paul represents a company and product that is far greater than what I was wearing. Yes, mine were 7 years old and technology has changed and advanced, they exceeds my old ones and they are leaders in this new wave of technology. HearingLife and the Oticon aids are fantastic. I bought the new aids and they do not disappoint. I’m hearing so much more! Noisy restaurants, loud situations, quiet children talking, and normal conversations with my wife have changed! It is so much better!

Rachael is the administrative person that takes care of everything else. She knows the product and takes care of the after sales questions. She will find out answers to your questions and gets back to you promptly.
