Dr. Radous earned a Doctorate of Audiology from A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences, following a Master’s in Audiology and a Bachelor’s in Communicative Disorders with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. Practicing since 2001, Dr. Radous brings over two decades of experience in full-service Audiology.

While her scope of practice is broad, Dr. Radous has developed a strong niche and passion for hearing aid fittings. She is particularly interested in the ways hearing loss impacts communication and relationships and finds great fulfillment in helping people reconnect with the world around them through better hearing. Dr. Radous also has a strong interest in the connection between hearing health and brain health and is committed to educating patients on the cognitive benefits of treating hearing loss early and effectively.

Dr. Davis and staff at the Glendale office is phenomenal! I've been having hearing issues and bilatteral tinnitus for years with no relief from other audiologists. I was seen within a few days of my referral going through. Dr. Davis gave a comprehensive exam and listened passionately to all my concerns. She fitted me for some much needed hearing aids and within a few weeks, my tinnitus is under control, I can finally hear my wife talking clearly and my quality of life has drastically improved. Thank you Metro Hearing and the Glendale office for taking such good care of me. Highly recommend and will tell all of my friends and co-workers to be seen at Metro Hearing.

The entire staff goes up and above at this office! Not only did I feel supported by the excellent Audiologist, Laurie Nelson at my first appointment, I feel she was very patient, professional and qualified. She made me feel less fearful and more confident about getting my first hearing aids. She validated my feelings of being unsure.
When I lost one of my hearing aids right away in the parking lot, Natalia on the front desk came downstairs to help me look! An excellent experience all around at Goodyear Metro Hearing! Thank you, Laurie and Natalia!

I had an amazing experience getting diagnosed and fitted with my new hearing aids. Dr Halterman was really inspiring, she is very passionate about her work. From audio gram to final fit of my hearing aids she was always professional, helpful, and just in general an friendly person to interact with. Whenever you come across a Dr that makes you feel as if your getting the best care, you will always remember it. She rocks, go see her.

I had just moved back to Arizona and started a new nursing job. Getting ready for work, I couldn't find my hearing aid which I can't hear without as I am deaf in my other ear. I had just got this little guy (in the picture) from a rescue the day before.....and my heart sunk when I realized he had eaten my 1500 dollar hearing aide into a billion little pieces! In a panic I went to every Walgreens I could find to get some type of cheap amplifier device to get me by...but couldn't find any. I then googled hearing aide places near me and ended up calling Metro Hearing in Goodyear. I burst into tears telling the receptionist what had happened and that I was desperate because I couldn't work at my new job (how embarrassing!) without my hearing aide. She was amazing and was able to squeeze me in that morning to see Dr. Halterman.
Kelly (Dr. Halterman) was incredible....she listened to my plight, offered kleenex and much needed emotional support....did some hearing tests and loaned me a hearing aide that I walked out with that day, and was able to go to work! I wasn't even a patient and she didn't charge me a dime for that. She was just so caring and compassionate and helped me out in a dire situation.
I have been a patient of Kelly's ever since and I highly recommend her to anyone, young or old, who has a hearing loss. She is not only compassionate, sweet and funny..... but she is super smart. She is a Doctor of Audiology and is an expert in assessing and treating all types of hearing loss. She will ensure that you have the best technology available that is programmed specifically for your needs and fits within your budget. I now have an excellent hearing aide (which I put inside a drawer every night...very important) and I still have my little dog....both of which I couldn't live without...and I am forever grateful to Kelly and her staff for helping me!
