Brittany brings a wealth of knowledge of the hearing aid industry because she was fit with her first set of hearing aids at just five years old when she was diagnosed with enlarged vestibular aqueduct syndrome. In 2015, she began working in the field as a patient care coordinator in a private practice. She then went on to assist in building a new private practice as an audiology assistant and marketer. Brittany is also well-versed in the telehealth space, as she worked for four years in sales. Brittany holds a B.A. in Drama from the University of Arkansas and an Audiology Assistant Certification from Nova Southeastern University.

In 2025, she joined the Apprenticeship Program at HearingLife and received her hearing instrument specialist license shortly after completing the program. She prides herself on her communication skills, finding the right hearing solutions for her customers and helping those with hearing loss feel less alone.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys attending live performances, travelling, fitness, and spending time with her husband and Golden Pyrenees mix, Kida.

Bill Cohen was very knowledgeable at hearing life and listened to every concern I had - this is the first visit since I bought my hearing aids that I felt relief! Before my visit with Mr Cohen I would not have recommended optician hearing aids to anyone and totally convinced I was never going back- meeting with Mr Cohen I have a total different opinion.

This is my second visit. I was impressed the first time and this time I’m impressed even more.
Very friendly and very knowledgeable. The audiologist went out of her way to Make sure I had the right hearing aid and fit. Fully recommend this place

I’ve had my Oticon hearing aids since 2018. Performance is amazing. Bluetooth capability is beyond perfect. I gained back the world I missed! Hearing Life has done a great job keeping them tuned and cleaned for me. Yes, they are expensive, but worth every penny! Between normal conversations to music and GPS directions, it’s all played directly in my ears whatever volume I need! Very cool technology! In Tulsa, go see Lonnie and Matt.
