Deonna Parks has lived in Syracuse, NY all her life. She studied at Syracuse University and completed her clinical training at HearingLife with one of their top Audiologists. Through the completion of the apprentice program here at HearingLife, she became a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. She has been with the company since 2018 and has worked in both the Manlius and Oswego locations. She brings her passion for helping people, kindness, and sincerity to HearingLife. She has first-hand experience of how difficult it can be to have a family member with hearing loss. Deonna uses her knowledge in this industry to find a solution to help every person. When she is not working, Deonna is spending time with her two children, husband, or friends and family.. She also enjoys sewing, watching movies and traveling.

If you are a regular at any location you should be able to make an appointment by calling direct. Having to answer a dozen questions from someone who probably isn’t even in the country. Tries my patience.

Nice place. Deonna conducted my hearing test and she was professional and friendly. She explained everything to my satisfaction and it's funny strange how you don't realize what you've lost until you try a model on. Clears a lot of things up
