I met with Dr. Roldan for the first time and she far exceeded my expectations. She was informative, professional, personable and efficient. Dr. Roldan was had my questions answered before I even ask them. I highly recommend Hearing Life and Dr. Roldan

I went to this location in December 2024 because they listed familiarity with the hearing aids I had. I was not at all happy with the provider, who really gave me the impression there was not much she could do. I was not planning to return, but the office called and requested a follow up, so I decided to give it another try. Surprised to find a new provider there..Dr. Katlynn Roldan..so glad I returned as Dr. Roldan was wonderful..took the time to listen, truly understood my concerns and issues, explained everything about my hearing loss and made adjustments to my hearing aids, including the addition of new programs that assisted in clarity and understanding of others. Would highly recommend Dr. Roldan and this location!

Everyone so friendly and helpful.
Audiologist gave me new H aids while mine sent to factory to be cleaned and revamped. Also got new ear buds, much better listening experience. Thank you!

Dr Clark and Jaline at the front desk were very helpful for my most recent visit. This was an annual "tuneup" visit and a first visit with Dr. Stephanie Clark. Dr Clark. Excellent assessment of my hearing loss. Very patient during the booth testing. Dr Clark demonstrated she was sincerely interested in understanding my circumstances. During this visit it was discovered the one of my hearing aids needed to be sent to a repair facility. A new pair of hearing aids were provided for me until mine were returned. When returned Dr. Clark increased the power of my receivers due to my continuing loss and the change has been very helpful. For me, the location and the competent staff has been wonderful.

Receptionist very pleasant and professional. Dr was very thorough, friendly, efficient and excellent bedside manner skills. She was very professional and knowledgeable in her field. My appointment was on 10/9/24 at 1000. All questions were answered and i did not feel rushed. This in Scottsdale office.
