Today’s feature is about one of our Patient Care Coordinators, who are the friendly faces that greet you when you visit our offices!
Liberty Rodriguez is the Patient Care Coordinator at our Madison Avenue, New York location. She has been working at HearingLife since 2022 and loves making a difference in people’s lives.
“A person's quality of life can be greatly impacted by hearing loss in ways other than merely trouble hearing. It may have an impact on relationships, social interactions, productivity at work, and general wellbeing,” says Liberty.
Liberty says she loves the look on people’s faces when they first hear clearly with hearing aids, “it’s very heartwarming to watch and serves as a reminder of the impact my work has on people and their families.”
