The Summit Audiology office in Nashville, TN has been serving the hearing health needs of Tennesseans along the picturesque curves of the Cumberland River for over 30 years - located at 2200 21st Ave S #402. It is our oldest office in Middle Tennessee. We are located at the corner of 21st Avenue South and Blair in the Kinnard Building on the 4th floor in Suite 402. We are across the street from Harris Teeter and 1 mile down the road from Vanderbilt Hospital and University.
