All involved in appointment were helpful. The wait was quite long, but it's difficult to know if a customer is going to buy or not. Unfortunately, you might have to build that into planning time for the next customer, especially if you want to keep thar customer for future purchases.

I would definitely recommend this business. One of my hearing aids wasn’t working so I came to Hearing Life for help. Michelle sent it to Starkey. They sent back a new hearing aid which was great but it had to be programmed with my Bluetooth and the other hearing aid. I spent an hour with Eric who gave me a hearing test and programmed my hearing aids to perfection. They have never worked better for me. The battery used to run out in what I thought was a very short time but now they stay charged all day.
Michelle and Eric are a great team.
