  • Brian D. Knox

    Audiologist, M.S., CCC-A

    Brian joins HearingLife with an impressive background. Brian spent his first ten years working for the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York City as Senior Audiologist.  During his tenure there, he was elected to the New York Speech, Language and Hearing Association. Brian then accepted a position with Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, where he worked for over ten years as a clinical audiologist. Immediately before joining HearingLife, he worked at successful medical practice as a clinical audiologist.

    Brian obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He then obtained his Master of Science degree in Audiology from Columbia University in New York City. Brian holds his license to practice in the State of Connecticut and is also certified nationally by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association.

    A hearing aid wearer himself for more than 30 years, Brian brings an unparalleled dedication for helping people with hearing impairment. His compassion and clinical skills stem, in large part, from his own experiences as a hearing-impaired person.  
  • Krystyna Borkowski

    M.S., Hearing Instrument Specialist Lic. #000389

    Krystyna Borkowski has been practicing hearing aid dispensing for 15 years. She earned her MS in biology from Jagiellonian University in Poland and her MBA from Southern CT State University. She has experience working in hospitals and ENT offices with diverse population. She is passionate about hearing conservation and always staying up to date on the latest hearing technologies .Ms. Borkowski specializes in tinnitus and fitting of hearing aids. Ms. Borkowski knows that improving hearing can change the lives of individuals struggling with hearing loss as well as the lives of their loved ones. Ms. Borkowski is licensed Hearing aid practitioner in Connecticut and Arizona. During her career, she helped thousands of patients and their families reconnect through better hearing.
