Vilma Haddad earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication in 2000 in Lithuania, and is certified by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Hearing Instrument Specialists. Knowing the impact of untreated hearing loss on her clients and their families, she strives to provide them with the best service, advice and support needed to make the right decision for their hearing health. She strongly believes that the best way to treat hearing loss is by following best practices, which utilize the most advanced science and technology to offer superior results. Her greatest joy is connecting with people; hearing their stories, building relationships and being able to change their lives and the lives of those around them.In her spare time, Vilma enjoys travelling, watching movies, reading inspirational books, and spending time with her family and friends.

I always receive professional, friendly, courteous care here. Last visit I had a different technician Julie and she showed me new ways to use my hearing aids. But all of the technicians have been excellent.

Vilma was very helpful from the beginning when we came in for new hearing aids and when we came back for a check up on Sandy‘s hearing aids. After that, we saw Julie who was also very accommodating and kind. Highly recommend this place!

Great experience at Hearing life. Vilma and staff were so helpful teaching me how to get the best use of my hearing aids. Once a month I have an appt. to get help as needed and to clean them. Great company.

Here on Cap Cod from Florida, hearing aid seemed to have a bad battery, they check it for me and it turned out to be the hearing aid itself. Very helpful pleasant and accommodating. Great experence.
