Dennis Freiheit

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Dennis Freiheit became a Hearing Instrument Specialist after his service in the Army. Dennis's experience spans over 40 years, working in several other hearing aid facilities until he joined Avada (now Hearinglife) in 2008. Dennis has been licensed by the State of Minnesota since 1989 and has held a National Board of Hearing Instrument Science Certification since 2016.
Having worked in various hearing environments throughout his career, Dennis’s knowledge has brought him extensive experience in the diagnostic process used to assess and treat hearing problems. Dennis is always promoting good hearing health and looks forward to servicing his hometown Senor Community.
In Dennis’s free time, you can find him golfing at Dwan golf course, in the summer, and exercising at LA fitness, in the winter, or you might see him with his dog Emerson at the dog park off Old Shakopee Road. He grew up and currently lives in Bloomington MN with his wife Pat and their dog Emerson.

Hiep “Tony” Ngo graduated from the Brown Institute of Technology. He began working in the hearing care field in 1991. Tony loved working with small components: building, repairing and making adjustments to hearing aids to meet his customers’ needs. He always wanted to know how hearing aids work within the ears, so he began to study audiology and received his Minnesota Hearing Instrument Dispenser license in 2009.

A believer in the importance of customer satisfaction, Tony always goes the extra mile to provide his customers with the best service possible. At HearingLife, he hopes to continue to provide hearing care that meets his customers’ unique needs. He appreciates the opportunity to help people hear better and greatly enjoys doing it! In his spare time, Tony likes walking, fishing and working on houses.
