What happens after the test?
Once you've taken the test, you will receive your results immediately. If your results indicate that you might have hearing loss, we recommend that you book a complimentary hearing assessment* at one of our hearing centers.
As part of your assessment, you will also learn about recommended solutions based on your results.

The Online Hearing Test does not replace a comprehensive hearing assessment
While an Online Hearing Test is a valuable way to learn if you might have hearing loss, it does not replace a comprehensive hearing assessment administered by a certified hearing care expert. An online hearing test can therefore be a good way to decide whether you should go ahead and book an appointment with a hearing care expert.
An Online Hearing Test is a screening test and therefore has a binary pass or fail criteria. This will allow you to understand whether further assessment is needed to determine your hearing ability (by visiting a hearing center for an in-person hearing test).
If the online test does not pick up on any signs of hearing loss and you are still concerned that you might have hearing loss, then we recommend that you contact your local hearing center for a comprehensive hearing assessment.
