The following steps will be taken to help you begin your journey to better hearing:
HearingLife will call you to set up a convenient appointment for your initial consultation with one of our hearing care experts. You might not recognize the telephone number, but please answer the call. The Customer Service Representative will be able to answer any questions you may have and can tell you about options that are available to you.
If eligible, you will be scheduled for a consultation. A HearingLife hearing care professional will ask you questions about your lifestyle and health history. This will help us to understand your personal hearing challenges and determine the possible cause of your hearing loss. A complimentary hearing assessment* will be given to determine your degree of hearing loss.
If your hearing assessment indicates you have a hearing loss that can be helped by hearing aids, our highly skilled hearing specialists will work with you to find an effective solution to meet your hearing, lifestyle and budgetary needs. Everything will be explained in detail and all of your questions and concerns will be addressed.
We will ask pre-screening questions to keep everyone safe and healthy. Where required, face masks must be worn. Appointments are timed to reduce crossover of customers. All surfaces and equipment are sanitized between appointments.
