Hearing care coverage varies not only by state and provider, but each policy differs in what is included for hearing aid insurance.

There are numerous options, and what plans offer varies by state. We know your first question is often, "Do you accept my insurance?" Insurance is important, so we check individual coverage for everyone who comes to HearingLife for their hearing healthcare needs. Although we accept most insurance, what is covered depends on an individual's plan.

As insurance rules vary by state and different companies can vary by state, office and even practitioner, we will work with you to ascertain what coverage you have. We also accept Worker's Compensation Insurance plans in many states.

Policies can be confusing. You can, in fact, work for the same company as someone else with the same provider and have different coverage. That’s why the team at HearingLife works with many different providers, which helps us to discover what your individual policy covers.

Please note: Certain states mandate that insurance providers include hearing care. In some cases, mandated coverage is only applicable for children.

Many people would like it if Medicare Part B (their medical insurance) covered hearing aids. Fortunately, certain insurances policies include hearing aid benefits. We know that hearing aid insurance is confusing and we are happy to work with you to address your current policies and go through new policies if you change providers.

Hearing aid insurance is important to look into, especially if you have a Medicare Advantage Plan that may include hearing benefits not included in regular Medicare. In some instances Medicaid may cover hearing healthcare. 

As a reminder, if you are using an insurance benefit, a Managed Care, or Federal reimbursement (including third-party administered reimbursements) you cannot combine them with any of our promotional offers, gifts or any discounts.
