The AccuQuest Hearing Centers San Antonio Medical Center office – located at 2040 Babcock Road in Suite 300 – has been serving San Antonio since 2010. Although it seems like it might be in a busy area, we are actually located several blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby hospitals.
Therefore, you experience very little traffic and we ensure that you can find FREE Parking in our spacious lot. We are located just outside of Loop 410 and in between Louis Pasteur and Wurzbach. We are directly across the street from a large field with a track. Most people are familiar with the VA hospital which is also very close by. We are located in a black glass building with red bricks going down the center. There is a column with 2040 that is visible from the road.
We make it a point to address all questions and concerns, while supplying you with superior patient care, sound and stable hearing recommendations, cutting edge diagnostic evaluations, and the best hearing aid technology available. Establishing personal relationships is a primary concern for our staff, so patients will be greeted by someone who knows their first name and invites them in for a fresh cup of coffee or an ice cold bottle of water. We value our patients, so before they leave our office we want to make sure they have an understanding of the auditory system, aware of their hearing loss or lack thereof, and the best solutions that today’s technology will support. We look forward to meeting you and helping you on your journey to better hearing. In order to offer you these benefits, we have put together the following incentives:
The most advanced hearing technologies on the market.
3 year complete service warranty with damage and loss coverage on nearly all hearing aids.
30 day trial period.
Free in-office cleanings, repairs and adjustments, indefinitely.
Free hearing evaluation and free annual testing*.
We accept a wide variety of insurances.
If you feel that you may be experiencing hearing problems, you are welcome to call our office at any time and make an appointment. We’ll conduct a free hearing screening to see how our advanced hearing aids can improve your quality of life. With the broad selection of hearing aid models we offer, each individual gets the hearing aid that works best for their unique situation. We believe in being active in the community by hosting complimentary hearing screenings at local assisted living facilities and attending health fairs. It is imperative that we share our knowledge of hearing health; it enables others to be proactive in detecting a loss early on, which if otherwise left untreated could leave people at risk for auditory deprivation as well as developing dementia.
*Testing is used to determine whether fitting a hearing aid is the proper course of action.
