Free Batteries Shipped to You

HearingLife is pleased to offer free hearing aid batteries,+ shipped to you at no charge, whether you are a HearingLife customer or not.

You do not need to be an existing customer. We are happy to provide you with complimentary batteries during this difficult time. Orders are limited to a two-month supply, while supplies last.

Domes, Filters, and Other Supplies

Domes and wax filters are available free of charge to all existing HearingLife customers, where available.+ In addition, other supplies are available including Dr-Aid kits and ear care drops. Please call (844) 836-5003 for more information.

Remote Care+ is now available to all existing customers of HearingLife. Our expert audiologists are available to assist with hearing aid issues, Bluetooth® connectivity concerns, fine tuning adjustments and supply needs. Our remote care program offers personalized one-on-one care, while customers remain safely at home. Available Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in all continental US time zones).

+Batteries and Domes Shipped Batteries are shipped free of charge to anyone in the US with Hearing Aids. Batteries, domes, and wax filters are available free of charge to all existing HearingLife customers (including free shipping). All supplies are limited to a 2-month supply and are subject to availability. You can also order other hearing aid supplies including Dr-Aid kits, Ear Care drops and more and we will ship them, free of charge, directly to your home.
